Increased international ownership in Vitec

The vitec principal owner Olov Sandberg and Lars Stenlund today announced that it sold 300 000 B-shares to a few institutional investors. The sale has been made in equal shares by the two owners and has been at the current share price. Olov Sandberg has before the sale cancelled if the 150 000 A-shares to series B. After the reclassification and sale, the amount of both the principal’s judgment of the voting rights in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) to 49,5 %, compared with the previous of 52.2 % before the reclassification and sale

Over the past 4 years has the ownership of the Vitec has attracted growing interest among international investors, which resulted in foreign ownership increased from under 5 to over 20 % of the share capital of the company. We see this as recognition of our business strategy is to grow through acquisitions of well-run software company in the vertical markets in the Nordic region“, says the two main shareholders.
